Matt Evans has been licensed with Summit Realty since 1993. He and his partner, Dan, routinely sell 100 homes a year. In March 2008, Matt and Dan were recognized for their consistent high production by The Real Estate Top Producers elite referral network. Matt is a member of the Utah County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He was a member of the Utah County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee  in 1998 , and was its Chair from 1999. He was elected to the Wasatch Regional Multiple Listing Service Board in 1999 and served until 2001.  On the development side, Matt and Dan developed and sold 23 residential building lots in 2006, a year when most developers were lucky to sell even one building lot. Their present project, Varliano, is a 68-unit Residential Condominium and 9,000-square-foot Retail Condominium community located in Pleasant Grove, Utah's burgeoning Gateway district. Matt spends his free time training for marathons, writing, and enjoying the company of his beautiful wife, Brooklyn, and little girl, Cairo.
